The Glow Up Collective provides personalized digital beauty consultations based on user-submitted photos. Services include aesthetic analyses, edited photographs, and curated PDF guides tailored to the customer’s unique features, proportions, and preferences. All services are designed for beauty, style, and personal development purposes. They are not medical, dermatological, or therapeutic services.

Once your order is confirmed and your photo is submitted, our team begins crafting your personalized analysis. Final materials — including edited images and your PDF glow-up guide — are typically delivered via email within 3–7 business days. During periods of high demand, minor delays may occur. You will be notified if your delivery is impacted.

Clients are expected to submit a clear, forward-facing, well-lit photo of themselves for analysis. Photos must be personally owned, and must not be of another individual. Submission of a photo constitutes temporary permission for our team to use it exclusively for consultation purposes.

Due to the custom and digital nature of our offerings, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered once the service has been rendered. If a technical error occurs, or if your order was not fulfilled as agreed, please contact us at theglowupcollective.co@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

All edited photos, PDF reports, written content, analysis formats, and proprietary systems are the intellectual property of The Glow Up Collective. You may not copy, sell, republish, or share our work for commercial purposes without our written consent.

We expect our users to act respectfully and honestly. You agree not to impersonate others, submit misleading information, or abuse our services in any way. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals whose behavior is deemed harmful or unethical.

While our guides are based on principles of symmetry, proportion, and aesthetic science, beauty is deeply personal and subjective. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, feelings, or results. Your glow-up is designed to inspire confidence — but results will vary by individual.
